By hot coprecipitation, in basic medium, tricalcium phosphate was separate synthetized, doped either with silver or with silver and cobalt respectively. Obtained tricalcium phosphate was characterized by ATD&TG up to 1000oC, with X-rays and spectrocolorimetric in visible range. In classic sanitary glaze a proportion of 1; 3 and 5 weight percent of separate tricalcium phosphate, doped respectively was introduced. Mono-sintering of those ten recipes of glazes were lead at the temperature of 1210oC. On glazed samples, viscosity appreciated by distance of flowing below an angle of 45o was determined and six properties were supplementary calculated (density, superficial tension, linear coefficient of thermal dilatation, modulus of elasticity, coefficient of refraction and light dispersion). The glazes elaborated with addition of 5% tricalcium phosphate were analyzed with X-rays, spectrocolorimetric and from bacterial activity point of view in comparison with standard stocks of Escherichia coli.
