Dissemination of the scientific information in the field of oxide materials by carrying out publicist and editorial activities – by means of the “Romanian Journal of Materials” an if needed, by supplements of this, as well as in the field of engineering works;

 

Facilitating the obtaining, systemizing and circulation of the scientific and technical knowledge in the field of various disciplines by organizing scientific events (congresses, symposia, conferences, round tables, scientific sessions, workshops), documentation visits, exhibits, training courses, working cams and by specialized publications; Carrying out of scientific research activities of a multidisciplinary character for managing and/or developing of some programs or projects within the National Programs of Scientific Research and Technological Development.

 

Promoting of exchanges of a documentary, scientific character among physical persons, non-governmental institutions, professional associations of interest in the respective field of activity;
 

Facilitating of the contacts among specialists and groups of specialists in view of preparing and verifying of new hypotheses and theories, in the use of the knowledge gathered within the research process for the development of new materials, products, processes or services, or improving these, in working out some issues of interest, as well as of some projects within the National Programs of Scientific Research and Technological Development;

 

Carrying out scientific research activities related to environment protection;

 

 

Selecting and orienting of young people (undergraduates in the last years of higher education) for the research activity;

 

Providing an adequate framework for the training and specialization in the field of oxide materials higher education, science and engineering at all levels of qualification, including professional, material and financial support for the young persons with special aptitudes in these fields. Organizing and carrying out of other activities compatible with the purpose and the objectives of the Foundation.
